Knauf Turkey office is based in Ankara, with 2 plants and 4 quarries serving the Turkish market and exports of our product. We’ve been producing high quality, market-leading gypsum building products for 91 years. Knauf PFT is an internationally renowned manufacturer of high-quality conveying and mixing pumps, pneumatic conveying equipment, and horizontal continuous mixers “Made in Germany.” Knauf PFT diversifies the comprehensive building materials portfolio of the worldwide Knauf Group by adding an important branch of mixing and conveying equipment. Today Knauf PFT has around 200 employees at its headquarters in Iphofen, Germany. It also has approximately 350 sales and service centres in 96 countries. As Knauf Turkey, we are now looking for another team mate to join us in Sales department as PFT Sales Manager.

Can you say Yes?

• To manage the sales actions of PFT machinery, spare parts, products and systems, to ensure the coordination between PFT Headquarters and Knauf Turkey regarding the supply of PFT products.
• To ensure the follow-up and coordination of the projects.
• To follow up the possible sales of equipment and spare parts that may occur to the projects and to coordinate with the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the dealer network.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of the supply chain and technical support provided to sub-dealers and end users.
• Taking part in the processes of evaluating, sharing and following up customer complaints.
• Coordinating the training needs of the dealers providing service.
• Ensuring that PFT sales budgets are determined and prepared globally and together with Knauf Turkey and creating a marketing budget.
• Conducting market analysis, examining technical details, determining products and spare parts for R&D studies.
• Creating and tracking the orders to be transferred to PFT Headquarters.
• Monitoring the stock level of PFT and Knauf dealers.

We are interested in you as a person, your attitude, behaviours, and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

• Graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences, Architecture or Civil Engineering departments of universities.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in the construction materials sector, where sales are carried out through the dealership system.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Having a class B driver's license and driving actively.
• No travel restrictions.
• Strong persuasion and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in the processes of planning, monitoring and controlling.
• Residing in Ankara.
