Salary ranges from $62,400/yr. to $81,120.00/yr., depending on years of licensed experience!

Overview

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team at Western Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center located in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Responsibilities

The Qualified Mental Health Professional provides mental health services to patients in a correctional setting to provide comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, and providing individual and group therapy.

Qualifications

  • Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
  • Active mental health professional license Missouri: P-LPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT
  • Two years' experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred
  • Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Available Shift

Monday-Friday, Days, 8:00am-4:30pm, On-call rotation with stipend
