Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual that is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.


Summary & Scope


The Manager for our Analytics team will be responsible for managing a multi-person team owning the advanced analytics analysis across all marketing channels. Day to day responsibilities include allocation of client media budgets based on measurement strategies, business context, industry trends, and predictive analytics, among other advanced analytics practices. This individual must have statistics and digital marketing experience, strong analytical and technical skills, proficiency with Excel, an understanding of data transformation concepts and techniques, and exhibit an overall sense of urgency and client focus through all activities.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee the management and execution of clients’ budgeting and forecasting needs
  • Work closely with clients and team members to understand client goals and identify opportunities for optimization of digital media
  • Identify the required inputs for analyzing media data
  • Lead and manage media data aggregation, transformation, and normalization necessary for analysis using Excel, Alteryx, and other tools
  • Perform measurement, analysis, and reporting of web and campaign performance metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on cross-channel data analysis
  • Develop and support process standardization, automated data validation, and error checks
  • Create effective dashboards and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders using Data Studio and Tableau
  • Support implementation and customization of third-party analytics software
  • Recruiting and retaining top analytics talent, growing the team to deliver on client and agency goals
  • Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports and team members


Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4+ years digital marketing analytics experience
  • Experience with normalizing and transforming large data sets and analyzing the outputs created from them
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic statistics knowledge
  • Predictive analytics experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, project management, and verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to create client facing deliverables
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Experience with database management and basic knowledge of SQL
