We are currently seeking a Ultrasound Technologist I for our Fetal Diagnostic Center located in Evanston, IL. This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible. Hours will rotate Monday thru Friday between 7:00AM - 5:00PM, in addition to rotating weekends. Travel to other Medical Group offices will be required.
Perform ultrasound exam
Prepare patients for exam: obtains and records history, explains procedure, positions patients and ensures their comfort
Cleans and maintains equipment
Schedules patients if necessary
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required
Completion of formal ultrasound program approved by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographics required
Registry eligible required; prefer Registered Ultrasonographer
