Looking to hire Website Support/Customer Service Representatives. These positions will report up through the call center and work as part of the Retirement Group at C Street. They have a large customer base who logs into the website to manage their retirement. This position will be taking anywhere from 60 to 80 inbound calls per day (some days can be 100+ depending on the day) from customers who have questions about their online access/website . They will most likely be resetting their password or may answer basic website questions about the program. Calls could last just a few minutes, depending on the question. Most calls are about providing excellent customer experience, but need to have comfort working on the computer and websites.

Shift Timings:

*First shift- Monday to Friday 8am-6pm*

Must Haves:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
