Job Description

Weichert Co is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide support for one of our busy sales offices in Morristown, NJ. This position is responsible for providing day to day operational assistance to the sales manager as well as overseeing all office administration duties. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Ordering supplies for the office and sales associates
* Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all record keeping
* Processing all real estate transactions
* Coordinating all advertising activities and budgets for the office
* Maintaining the multiple listing and other data processing systems
* Contacting vendors when services are needed for the office equipment
* Generating check authorizations to vendors as needed
* Additional office support duties as assigned The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
* 2+ years in a customer service or administrative position
* Real Estate office experience preferred
* Broad range of knowledge of computers, and related office technology, as well as commonly installed business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Ability to learn new software programs on an as need basis
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
* Strong attention to detail
* Good oral and written communications skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
* Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
* Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor
* Broad range of knowledge of computers, and related office technology, as well as commonly installed business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Ability to learn new software programs on an as need basis
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
* Strong attention to detail
* Good oral and written communications skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
