The G10 Associates Program is seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Jr. Software Developer!

Program Summary:
The G10 Associates Program is an innovative training and mentorship program designed to launch the careers of recent college graduates. We work with you to align you to a client opportunity that matches up with your background and gives you the opportunity to grow your career. All G10 Associates will complete one week of classroom training to prepare for the diverse challenges you will face in your role. Throughout your time as an Associate, you will receive ongoing support through a mentor who will help you to transition into your new career in technology.

Job Description:
Jr. Software Developers are responsible for creating technical solutions. You will use Java, C#/.Net, SQL, or another programing language. Jr. Software Developers collaborate with clients to understand business needs, translate business requirements into system requirements, design and test solutions, and then build or enhance systems to meet their needs.

Required Experience/Attributes:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
  • 1+ years IT systems exposure (can be in classroom environment)
  • 1+ Years of Java or C#/.Net programming experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills, very analytically minded
  • Ability to stay focused while performing heads-down work
  • Self-starting with a strong work ethic
  • Unlimited work authorization
Additional Desired Experience (not required):
  • 3+ months of corporate work/internship experience
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Understanding of Agile/Waterfall Methodologies
  • Experience with database architecture, queries, or data mapping
