This company immersed in the auto industry is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This person will start out in the collections department after the training time.
Once this is mastered, they will have the opportunity to move into the Customer Service department or Credit Department.
Collections Dept Job Duties:
-Make outbound calls and negotiate payment and Assist Customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution in a fast paced call center.
In the Customer Service department:
-Handle inbound calls from customers, dealers, other lenders, and insurance companies
-Assist customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution
-Assist Credit department with verifying and processing finance and lease contract information
