Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients.  The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGiversSM to ensure that all clients receive services on the dates and times requested and that each pairing is beneficial to both the client and CAREGiverSM.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules by creating quality matches and ensuring that all client needs are met.
  • Address and resolve any and all client and CAREGiver complaints and concerns to help maintain positive relationships.
  • Properly document all conversations relevant to complaints, updates, schedule changes, etc. in the computer.
  • Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable and friendly manner, and work with team to communicate and prepare for the Care Consultation.
