Leasing Specialist

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for potential residents, showcasing our premium apartments and amenities. Your role is crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates and contributing to the community's success by attracting and securing high-quality residents.

1. Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our luxury apartments.
2. Respond promptly to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and in-person visits.
3. Prepare and process lease applications and agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of floor plans, pricing, promotions, and community features.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective leasing strategies.
6. Participate in community events and resident retention initiatives.
7. Maintain accurate records in the property management software.
8. Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
9. Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.

1. 1-2 years of experience in leasing, preferably in luxury residential properties.
2. Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Professional appearance and demeanor.
5. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
7. Real estate license (if required by state law).
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
