Operations Planning Analyst I with Security Clearance

Job Description Operations Planning Analyst I Start Date: upon contract award on/about 1 August 2024 Location: Alexandria, VA Advantage SCI is looking for a uniquely skilled and experienced Analyst to support a DoD customer.
In this position, the skilled analyst will develop a holistic force protection program assessment of installation infrastructure, installed technology, policy compliance, manning, training, and security force equipment using historical and forecasting data.
This position is located at Advantage SCI Headquarters in Old Town Alexandria, VA during normal business hours of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
• The ideal candidate will establish a quantitative evaluation mechanism to measure installation physical security defense in-depth (DiD) capability along with corresponding capability and risk.
• The mechanism will provide consistency of reporting, proper resourcing, billet prioritization and utilization to include future year Mission Profile Validation-Protection (MPV-P) reviews, POM submissions and validating SF "ready for tasking."
• The mechanism/ tool must measure the totality of the installations' capability to conduct DiD as it relates to specified threats against a metric of a defined whole.
• Input to the model will include an evaluation of infrastructure, security equipment, SF Certification process, Mission Assurance Assessment (MAA) reports, and results of the Exercise Program (XP).
The output of this model will produce a snapshot for assessing capability, vulnerability, and risk.
• The candidate must be able to simplify, standardize, improve efficiency, reduce subjectivity, and modernize annual risk assessments at all by establishing a quantitative systems approach to risk assessments.
