Senior Technical Writer

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: Negotiable

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Writer


Chicago or Dallas: Hybrid

12-18 months contract 

Notes:

  • This person will be working with the business and technology to document business priorities work will center around technical deployments and risk
  • The project will focus working with the release management team in Risk and the production teams on deliverable needs
  • This person should have 10/10 communication skills (oral and written) – this is essential to success of the role

  • Experience creating job aids, operating procedures, procedure analysis, documenting procedures for business priorities
  • Very strong documentation skills
  • Ability work individually to drive progress and navigate communication with business and IT and different stakeholders throughout the org
  • Needs to have either Financial or heavily regulated environments experience (think insurance, hospitals networks, etc)
  • Must have a bachelors or masters degree
