Job Title: Radio Frequency Engineer II

Location: San Diego, CA

Clearance: Secret (w/ ability to obtain TS/SCI)

Salary: Negotiable

Required Experience (within past seven years):

1. Minimum three years of experience or demonstrated Test and Evaluation (T&E) experience supporting programs and projects through various acquisition milestones and testing phases, including designing, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
2. Minimum three years of experience or demonstrated T&E experience preparing, maintaining, updating, and reviewing the full range of test and test-related documentation for adequacy, specification/performance requirements compliance, and conformity with mandatory guidance.

Desired Experience (Five years within the past 10 years):

1. Experience with open architecture constructs such as:
2. Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA)
3. Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS)
4. Open Mission Systems (OMS)
5. Open Communication Standard (OCS)
6. Utilizing the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)
7. Experience with Low Probability of Detection (LPD) and Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) waveforms and anti-jam communication capabilities.

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or a related field.
