CTR Construction are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager for a Main Contractor based in Kent.

Job Title: Pre-Construction Manager
The Role
Our client is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to assist the Director and Head of Construction with all Pre-Construction duties! Working on projects up to £5 million in value across the Residential and Education sectors across Kent and South East London. You will be expected to deal with tender opportunities as well as secured work:
- Attend tender site visits
- Produce technical details for tender submissions including H&S, Site Setup and Logistics
- Oversee the handover of the job after site set-up to the Head of Construction so they can hit the ground running
- Interviewing and selecting Site Management teams if not already in place
- Identify procurement materials for the companies Buyers to work on
- & more!
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in the Kent or surrounding County borders. Ideally you will have 5 to 10 years post qualification experience, mostly working for a Main Contractor within the Residential or Education sector (or both). They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Pre-Construction and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
