This position requires the coordination of all A& E activities for cell site modifications and/or new site builds under the direction of the A&E Senior Project Manager. Ensures all information needed to perform structural and CD's are received, reviews and approves structural and CD's to ensure the client's scope of work has been achieved and that the CD's are in compliance with all client requirements. Ensures A& E work is completed in alignment with the build schedule across the Midwest Market Region.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Adopts all A&E standards for site modifications and new site builds;
Performs quality review of all work product delivered by the A&E vendors to verify compliance with scope of work and all Client requirements;
Provides A/E Vendors Scoping Notes, RFDS, and scrubs AT&T (FileNet/Trac) databases for additional information required to complete Client's expectations in the marketplace;
Assists with the management of A&E Vendors for A&E and structural deliverables;
Monitors and tracks all A&E deliverables and ensures timely receipt of CD's, Survey's and additional ancillary services to complete a given project initiative;
Reviews structural reports, A&E deliverables, and RFDS's to ensure accuracy, and quality compliance with standards, coordinates any revisions needed, and provides approval and uploads into client database;
Provides forecasted dates for receipt of deliverables, provides ETA and updates to Site Acquisition Team for PACE/MasTrac as needed;
Provides equipment configuration engineering support for non-standard or problematic sites;
Ensures all construction personnel are provided with latest approved A&E drawings, site plans, or other needed engineering documents;
Supports MCA, NSB, CRAN, ETTCS, MW and RETT Teams;
Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors' degree, preferably in A& E or Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in A& E, preferably in telecommunications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Above average organizational skills
