Responsibilities


As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing, ultimately delivering measurable results.


  • Specifically, you will be responsible for supporting marketing efforts to drive awareness and adoption around FalconX’s platform and products.
  • You have a strong understanding of the broader Blockchain and DeFi ecosystem to develop strategic product positioning.
  • You love to get inside the heads of our customers to know them better than they know themselves, including what they need, how they make their decisions, and their key buying criteria. Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
  • You use insights and evidence to drive the development of positioning and messaging as well as create compelling content and marketing programs that resonates with our priority personas and enables success for our product, sales, and institutional coverage teams.
  • You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders - including Product Management, Sales, and Institutional Coverage teams - to develop and deliver innovative marketing programs and content, including sales facing collateral and training materials.
  • Lead market segmentation and opportunity assessment efforts to prioritize product opportunities and help sales and marketing teams work more efficiently and effectively.
  • Create and maintain a library of assets tied to sales enablement, marketing tactics such as joint value propositions, solution brief, joint sales decks and customer success stories targeting partner sellers and end-users.
  • Drive product adoption and usage by developing and managing detailed, long-term adoption plans.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and know the competition and how they are positioned.
  • You are obsessed with tracking performance, and always have the data to prove what is working and what is not. Continually assess the effectiveness of your marketing efforts and make improvements.
  • Diligently manage projects, track against delivery timelines, and manage budgets.
