Job Title: Technology and Applications Management Specialist III
Location: Florham Park, NJ
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Technology and Applications Management Specialist III at our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for the support of the RUN application, including writing SQL scripts and building out servers. Deliver highly automated, intelligent, and predictive software solutions. Assist in receiving and resolving tasks assigned through the ticketing tools or emails. Interface with ADP’s development teams and infrastructure teams for issue resolutions. Develop and document ADP’s operational procedures, while creating new knowledge articles to capture new learning for reuse across the ADP international organization. Analyze, resolve, and close assigned incident tickets. Research and resolve technical and applications issues. Recommend and drive process enhancements, and identify common issues in systems and processes.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience required.
