RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Healthcare - Administration in Philadelphia, PA. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of administrative duties to support the day-to-day operation within a Healthcare Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Ideal candidate will have some Healthcare Administrative experience, coordination of calendar, work supplies, correspondence, mail, expense reporting, meeting planning, receiving calls/message management, and managing shared files
  • Computer Skills: PowerPoint Presentations, Microsoft Teams, One Note and Survey Software - RedCap, Smartsheet
