Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition/Human Resource Assistant to support the talent acquisition team in Irvine, CA

Talent Acquisition Assistant  responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team,  maintaining databases with candidate information and handling all onboarding. Will also be responsible for handling payroll, LOA's and all employee questions. 

Responsibilities

- Handle onboarding
- Process payroll and handle all employee questions
- Organize candidates' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Work with Recruiters to manage employee engagemetn
- Perform background and reference checks
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
- Manage new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)

Requirements

- Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Assistant or HR Assistant experience
- 4 year college degree
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills
