Job Description:

As a User Experience Researcher, you will:

+ Use your creativity, resourcefulness, and research skills in collaboration with a rapidly growing team of innovators, disruptors and problem solvers to make Accenture's internal IT solutions more human

+ Work with design and product leads to identify areas where UX research can best provide insight and impact and develop research roadmaps

+ Identify appropriate research methodologies and gather data to validate research questions and hypotheses?

+ Facilitate and lead research studies as a means of gathering strategic and robust insights?

+ Generate the appropriate artifacts based on research findings to create empathy and understanding?

+ Ensure research results are actionable and contribute directly to meeting project and business goals??

+ Communicate key findings based on research ?

+ Collaborate with and support other researchers, as needed, to follow best practices in delivering quality and consistent deliverables?

+ Contribute to the next-gen vision for the research function, identifying areas of opportunity or improvement, including identifying process improvements, new tools, and approaches priorities

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 5 years of end-to-end experience with all aspects of UX research including study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting?

+ Minimum 5 years of creating surveys as well as being able to send them out to created focus groups.

+ Experience Synthesizing information that has been sent out to focus groups

+ Minimum 5 years of experience with evaluative and generative research methodologies and knowing when to execute which?

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods?

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Demonstrated excellent observation skills?

+ Experience as a skilled moderator?

+ Ability to interpret research data and turn it into actionable insights?

+ Excellent ability to communicate in written and verbal form

+ Experience presenting research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner?

+ Experience with the digital product development?life cycle?

+ Experience planning, time management, and organizational skills

+ User or UX Research Certification

+ 4 Year College/University degree

As required by Colorado Law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $51.25 - $61.25 per hour, and information on benefits is here.
