Private Investment Funds Attorney – New York City, NY Our client is an Am Law 50 firm with an international footprint. They are seeking a private investment funds attorney for their leading private investment practice. As a member of their award-winning team, you will work with clients on matters ranging from venture capital to alternative investment strategies. The salary range for this position is $250K-$345K per year, which may vary depending on experience and other factors. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of fund formation experience related to investment in private equity, real estate, credit, and/or other illiquid asset classes Focus on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising, and related legal issues Law firm experience Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills Team-focused; client-interfacing skills JD received with excellent academic credentials Admission in good standing to state bar All candidates must have permission to work in the United States.
