The Team Culture

The Brand Partnership team's primary goal is to help brands and creators make more money with no additional effort. We combine the various capabilities of Jellysmack to create impressive brand-focused content. Creator led offerings range from original branded content to editorial integration to premium video alignment and performance marketing. For example, we partner up one of our content creators with a brand and use our data technology to create tailor made, optimized content that benefits both brand and creator. The Role

To complement its extensive programmatic advertising business, Jellysmack is seeking a best-in-class Director of Brand Partnerships with expertise in creator collaborations and partnerships across various content verticals. This role includes new business prospecting and deal making, planning, product implementation/adoption and scaled product education on the company's varied offerings on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and Youtube. This individual must be knowledgeable and experienced in the creator space, with the ability to be nimble and client directed when developing brand solutions.

The Responsibilities

Jellysmack is committed to building a unique performance driven sales capability as a core revenue engine for the company. This role will have deep experience selling and buying data driven and creative-led partnerships.

This candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the digital creator space with experience sourcing and closing many creator partnerships and deals. Ideally, this person will also have experience monetizing on social platforms.. This person is a business builder with the maturity and independence to forecast their business and bring industry relationships and best practices to Jellysmack.
