Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Team of the Machine Tool Division. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction and must be fluent in English. Provide service, parts and dealer specific reports, schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. 1. Reporting A. Provide reports of service performed Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually B. By Dealers: review the reports entered in system by the dealers, follow up with dealers, and analyze warranty performance by dealers. C. By Model reports: review the reports entered in system, follow up with factory on problem Models to improve quality D. Create ad-hoc reports to dealer's customers who need special attention E. Communicate with dealers' servicemen on issues of entering or improving service reports F. Review and summarize Installation reports 2. Handle Non-Warranty invoicing 3. Handle Purchase of Fanuc warranties 4. Handle Installation Credits 5. Scan and file documents 6. Answer telephone and transfer to appropriate staff members 7. Update the following information Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually A. Review if there is sufficient service staff for providing adequate services B. Reports summaries of attendance of maintenance training courses by dealers C. Make a report of attendance of service managers meeting D. Update dealer's capability on Doosan products E. Reports for Field service supports by Doosan engineers Timeliness and accuracy of data collected from dealers and level of accuracy of reports 8. Create Quality Issues reports for the factory Timely filing of quality issues reports with factory
