Title: Customer Service Representative
Collabera is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a call center environment. This candidate will take inbound calls from customers and handle issues over the phone. Calls would require candidates to answer questions regarding customer spending accounts and provide excellent customer service.
Required:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- ability to work a 40 hour week
- excellent communication skills
- ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
