CALLING ALL ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS! A WELL KNOWN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT FIRM IS LOOKING TO HIRE AN OFFICE MANAGER/IT LIAISON ASAP!

THIS ROLE REQUIRES INDIVIDUALS TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH ADMINISTRATIVE WORK AS WELL AS LIGHT COMMUNICATION WITH THE IT DEPARTMENT LOCATED IN ATLANTA.

SALARY: 80,000+
LOCATION: MIDTOWN, NYC
INDUSTRY: FINANCIAL SERVICES
WFH POLICY: 3 DAYS IN OFFICE, 2 DAYS REMOTE (MONDAY AND FRIDAY)

Responsibilities include:

* Coordinate office facility and equipment maintenance
* Track, order and maintain office supply inventory
* Copying, scanning, and filing documents
* Organize meetings and schedule appointments for Managing Directors
* Support Managing Directors in travel plans (coordinating and booking flights and hotels, etc.)
* Maintains Managing Directors travel expense reports
* Manage vendor relationships
* Communicate with service providers
* Receive and distribute mail
* Manage incoming service provider invoices
* Greet and assist visitors
* Coordinate and order office lunches/client lunches
