Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a specialty property management company in the north Atlanta suburbs. They are looking to add an HR Specialist to the team and will move quickly for the right candidate.

  • In this role, the HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources from managing employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, recruiting, training, and policy implementation

The HR Specialist's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and implement Human Resource related policies and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain documents and records related to employee hiring, onboarding, offboarding, employment verifications, leaves of absence, benefits, and terminations
  • Maintain corporate compliance with all employment laws
  • Assists manager with employee issues related to performance, behavioral problems, corrective actions, and terminations
  • Perform recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, background checks, and employment offers and negotiations
  • Maintain performance evaluation programs
  • Manage company benefit programs (medical, 401K, etc) including vendor relationships, benefits administration, audit needs, open enrollment process, and recommendations for changes or improvements
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications of the HR Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
  • 5+ year's related experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and Human Resources best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
