 Alluvion is hiring for a Customer Service Rep located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is 100% on site and employees are required to be fully vaccinated.
The hours are 9-5:30 M-F.
 
Purpose And Scope:
Review and key custom orders accurately and in a timely manner while achieving company production. Resolve all outstanding custom order issues in a timely manner and provide excellent quality customer service to client base.
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year telephone customer service experience
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM
Skills:
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with superior follow up skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and telephone
  • Superior time management, organizational and follow up skills
  • Self-Motivated, possessing a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, database and CRM software
  • Ability to provide excellent customer care and build positive client relationships
 
Job Responsibilities:
1. Key custom orders, accuracy and attention to detail while meeting minimum standards of production and accuracy rating
2. Be a team player in establishing a positive, motivating, productive work environment
3. Use problem-solving skills for client and product issues
4. Display an understanding of company terminology
5. Maintain company averages for production in custom orders
6. Assist customers with basic custom technical questions
7. Work with the sales team to understand the client's custom order designs
8. Communicate with factories following company guidelines using proper grammar and punctuation.
9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of all Hair Visions and competitive product lines
10. Be able to develop prototypes in the area of designing for specialty custom orders
11. Understand and apply information from database Notes for the client and follow associated procedures
12. Evaluate custom returns/remakes and determine the appropriate charge based on company guideline
13. Analyze grafts and wigs and write repair orders
14. Document and maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
15. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
16. Comply with all department and company policy and procedure guidelines
17. Other duties requested by Management
