Crowley Auto Group is looking to hirea Finance & Sales Manager for our Customers with financingneeds. You will be responsible for the effective management and profitableoperation. We are looking for driven individuals that has open availability towork Full Time.

Job Duties Include but are not limitedto;

  • Offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties, manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
  • Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
  • Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources and secure approval through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
  • Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure good communication and function
  • Coordinate with the business/administrative office to ensure that records and analyses are correctly maintained
  • Plans monthly and annual objectives for the sales, gross turnover and essential expenses of the previously used car sales department
  • Follows up, as appropriate, on all potential buyers, by creating, implementing and closely monitoring a customer search and sales control system.
  • Creates, implements and manages a system to follow up on buyers of previously used cars.
  • Provides his/her supervisor with exact information on management of floor activities, on a daily basis
  • Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of cars to the customers
  • Understands and keeps abreast of federal and provincial regulations and municipal bylaws governing the sale of previously used cars and observes them.
  • Create and organize all sales activities for the Alternate Financing Sales division
  • Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
  • Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed
