As a Clinical Business Manager, you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence, territory growth, and practice development. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical training and account-specific strategies to boost utilization across all tiers of our providers.
In this role, you will utilize your strong relationship-building skills to maintain provider relationships, amplify the provider-centric approach, and ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry. A deep understanding of clinical procedures, advanced knowledge of the aesthetic and med-tech industries, along with exceptional presentation, communication, and strategic planning skills, will be essential.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF FOCUS:
- Manage and elevate a territory of Glacial Skin providers through their entire post sales lifecycle.
- Lead in-field clinical and sales education for providers and their teams, demonstrating positioning and best practices in system use, procedural techniques, business planning, and account management for optimal product integration.
- Manage the development, delivery, and execution of practice enhancement programs based on account needs and objectives, while driving business growth by reviewing those needs, increasing consumable pull-through, and guiding practices to maximize treatment opportunities.
- Conduct detailed business reviews with providers to enhance practice performance and optimize the use of the product portfolio to help facilitate second system, trade-up, and conversion sales.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Managers to support new provider acquisition, conduct system demos, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to support the rollout of new products and initiatives, gathering timely provider feedback to refine offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage expenses, and strive to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade associations to promote the brand.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as new role is implemented and could include support for providers in another territory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
- RN, or Licensed Aesthetician, or bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience training/educating internal and external providers.
- 5+ years field sales, account management, practice development, experience in the aesthetic industry or related field.
Skills
- Marketing and online client success experience a plus.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with providers to meet goals.
- Strong clinical knowledge, industry awareness, and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in a remote setting; experience with vendor and provider coordination and planning.
- Experience marketing tools, processes, and programs to drive patient volume.
- Possesses high professionalism, passion, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking, startup environment.
- Savvy with technology platforms (Salesforce, Azure) and remote workforce expectations.
- Ability to manage large territories and travel up to 60% and live within 1 hour of an international airport with direct flights to major cities.
