This project is in service to the Department of Agriculture (DoAg). The project is to create a new online voucher application process to replace an existing Access database. The application will be developed in Power Platform
1. Develop an online form for residents to apply for a voucher, check status of application, print voucher.
2. Develop an online form to submit an online grant application and upload of supporting documentation.
3. Develop a contact profile for applicants to track number of pets per household.
4. Develop role-based access to site to allow different functionality based on user role.
5. Develop export functionality for back-office staff.
6. Develop functionality for password reset.
7. Develop a payment mechanism to collect fees from voucher applicants.
