Our core offerings include: Strategy development and industry analytics Organizational strategy and operating model design Process re-engineering and operational excellence Cost optimization and procurement transformation R&D outsourcing and service delivery The role - what will you be doing: At 4CLS, as a Manager in our enterprise strategy & operations team, you will be playing an important role in the growth of our business. In the role, we expect our Managers to lead client engagements and support in the identification and sales of projects with existing and potential clients. Areas of responsibilities will typically include : Leading one or multiple client engagements or workstreams, owning the successful delivery of project objectives Managing and supporting junior talent to ensure successful delivery Owning stakeholder relationships of executive-level clients and facilitating client working sessions / workshops Responsible for overall financial and business management of major projects, ensuring revenue generation and profitability Supporting the development and management of our practice, including coaching and/or managing junior talent Engaging in business development activities to achieve sales with existing and new clients in line with agreed targets The candidate - what we are looking for: Currently based in the Boston area, or open to relocating Management level experience in a strategy or operational role at a consulting firm or in industry; typically, but not strictly, 6-8 years’ experience Experience and/or interest in the life sciences and biopharma industry desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation skills and an ability and articulate complex ideas in a persuasive manner Experience in working with senior, executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to build meaningful relationships A track record of leading major projects in either a consulting or industry role with proven experience of successfully managing teams and delivering exceptional results Experience and expertise in strategy definition and operating model design The perks – what’s in it for you Play a key role in the growth of our business Founded last year, we have already experienced incredible growth and demonstrated strong uptake for our services in the market.
