We currently have an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. Monday - Friday.
Strong telephone skills with the ability to handle a large volume of telephone calls
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Confidence to handle large accounts
Strong verbal communication skills and intellect with the ability to communicate with customers
Proficiency in MS Office, and strong in excel
great attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent data entry skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment is a plus
Strong ability to learn new computer systems quickly
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or as a team member
Job Type: Full-time
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
