We seek the following:
High level Customer Focus; Excellent and professional customer service skills
High energy and motivation level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls to appropriate staff member using proper phone etiquette. Ability to handle calls with courtesy and accuracy
Must be punctual to open the phone lines in time for business hours
Greet clients and guests, determines nature of business, and announces guests to appropriate staff member
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
Maintain orderly appearance of the reception area
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes and e-mail.
Perform general office duties such as maintaining and distributing office supplies
Additional duties as assigned
2 years front office experience
Ability to multi-task and be able to prioritize tasks
Experience using multi-line phones
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
