Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, overtime or schedule changes as needed


The Manufacturing Process Technician is responsible for providing full time hands-on support and guidance to production staff within assigned manufacturing cells. They may assist the engineering staff with development and implementation of various manufacturing processes. Assignments are generally performed under the guidance of experienced engineering staff or management.


High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree in a technical field preferred Hands-on mechanical knowledge and experience Communicates in a clear, organized and professional manner in both written and oral form Must possess a high degree of energy and drive Electrical and/or software development knowledge a plus


Provide full time in-cell technical support, guidance and training for manufacturing processes in support of Production Operators and Supervisors to resolve day-to-day issues Serve as an immediate resource to Production Operators and Supervisors to confirm work performance to procedure or equipment operation Integrate with manufacturing and quality personnel to proactively identify situations that may negatively impact the production of quality product Routinely circulate within assigned areas and observe production Monitor and verify equipment functionality Be present, approachable and encourage questions Relay matters of concern to appropriate engineering staff Resolve issues and proactively look for, investigate and find opportunities for process improvement Record, evaluate and analyze process data in order to drive efficiency into the process or determine root cause and corrective actions Develop and execute test methods in support of problem solving activities Follow disciplined product/process development and change control methods Keep team members and leaders updated on work status, issues and other job related items Function as an effective team member through collaboration, conflict resolution, encouragement, respectful interactions with co-workers, active listening, etc. Works on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
