Data Center Management (DCM) Group provides enterprise leadership for core, regional, satellite data centers and managed lab environments. Our data centers are the foundation of Wells Fargo’s technology platforms, a critical component in providing continual services to our customers while protecting their most confidential and personal information. DCM is a component of the Mission Critical Facilities Group (MCFG). The MCFG is comprised of DCM, Corporate Properties Group (CPG) and Corporate Security. The MCFG works in partnership with Infrastructure Governance and Strategy Project Services to provide Wells Fargo with world class data center environments.
Data Center Management Group is seeking to hire Systems Support Analyst 2 positions (SSA2) to be key member of the Site team to be accountable for the daily operations of the Data Center Management Group’s Core Data Centers/Regional Data Centers.
We are looking for SSA2’s to act as a liaison between our business partners, and technical organization by participating in planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of systems and components supporting various lines of businesses. Provide assistance with identifying and evaluating procedures to meet the business needs. Will work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Implement system changes and/or new sub systems.
Leverage tools such as Pac2000, NetZoom, Device Pro, HPNA and STSP to establish our daily deliverables to meet customer request. Assist with maintaining data center access policies thru authentication and scrutinizing access requests such as problem tickets, work orders and change requests. Provide guidance to security regarding challenges around entry into the DC.
Work with vendors and team members regarding cabling installations, installation/de-installation of server equipment; which includes installation of associated power infrastructure. Track daily project activities and coordinate with multiple partner organizations to meet project deliverables and timelines. Work with vendors to determine and resolve equipment issues that may arise. Familiarity with server, layer 1 infrastructure, and storage system installation/decommissioning procedures to ensure end to end completion of process.
SCHEDULE: Please note that schedule may change based on business needs and must be flexible with working overtime as needed. Also, shifts that are outside standard business hours may be eligible for shift differential pay based on policy.
***For the first several months, it is required to work on day shift Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm for onboarding/training purposes and then the schedule will be as listed below.

- 1+ year of systems support analysis experience
