•Responding to emails, phone calls, chats, and social media comments in a courteous and concise manner.
•Troubleshooting customer issues in fulfillment
•Reporting issues customers may be experiencing if noticing a trend
•Being the first point of contact for the company and escalating inquiries
to the proper person in a timely manner
•Some Customer Service or Dispatching experience
•Accurately document all customer interactions in clear and thorough detail.
•Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
•Excellent listening and communication skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
