Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our CP-TOWN HALL HEALTH CENTER facility.
*1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
*Positions with an 'FTE' (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an 'FTE' of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*
Responsible for all aspects of pharmacotherapy on an assigned patient care unit. Provides clinical support and distribution services in coordination with physician and nursing services in delivering quality and cost-effective drug therapy to patients. Other duties as assigned.
A minimum of one year hospital or three years of other pharmacy experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy is required. Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency is preferred. Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License is required or eligible for and must obtain within 3 months.
Demonstrates effective use of computers and applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook) as appropriate to practice and communicates effectively. Active membership in the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) preferred. Active membership in the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) and/or other national pharmacy organizations as approved by the Pharmacy Administration preferred.
