McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Bentonville, AR is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. As part of RML Automotive, the #1 minority-owned automotive dealership group in America, we offer an excellent pay structure and benefits package to our employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales management, and while Stellantis, CDK, and vAuto experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, driven, and able to lead a sales team to success.

As an Automotive Sales Manager at McLarty Daniel, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a sales team, setting and achieving sales goals, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales metrics and making adjustments as necessary to meet sales targets.
