HumCap's client is seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join their rock star, sales team. You will lead the successful execution of sales enablement plans, manage sales communication/outreach, and deliver content/training to equip our growing sales team.

JOB DUTIES:
• Lead the successful execution of the sales enablement plan and supporting programs, in conjunction with sales leadership, pre-sales, strategic alliances, etc.
• Align sales enablement activities with key internal and external events, such as new sales process launches or modifications to existing processes.
• Review and maintain the sales content library, and tools, ensuring it is current, relevant, prescriptive, actionable, and easily consumed through the best and most appropriate technology.
• Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption.
• Manage relevant sales communications, including sales updates, newsletters, and video updates as well as teaching methods
• Improve sales effectiveness by working with teams to build and implement methodologies to account planning, management, and sales strategies
• Learn our Microsoft CRM product and make sure the sales team is using it effectively
• Assist our Finance team in making sure sales team is updating their forecasts / opportunites
• Work with our marketing team to make sure reps are keeping up with ABM tasks
• Pull sales data out of CRM / NAV as needed for Sales VP or Exec Team
• Identify and own sales campaigns to guide a targeted focus to prospect and sell into specified customer profiles and measure the effectiveness across lead sources, touch strategy, and customer attributes
• Develop and deliver content and training that equip our sales teams to be trusted advisors to our customers through the demonstration of product, market, and industry expertise

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a sales enablement role
• Experience in training and/or enablement with demonstrated success in training and sales enablement
• Experience using sales or customer management and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using a CRM and sales automation platforms
• The position requires good, basic, clerical and administrative skills with emphasis on verbal and written communication skills (in English), good common sense; positive attitude; willingness to take initiative; and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under company deadlines.
• Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships and deal with employees in an efficient and professional manner.
