OfficeTeam is seeking a Work from Home, Customer Service Representative! We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction. Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Handles inbound calls and emails
- Process orders for replacement equipment
- Enter orders accurately and notify customer of expected delivery date
- Respond to emails to ensure customer is satisfied with request / resolution
- Notify customer if there will be any delay to order processed
- Reach out to suppliers to resolve tracking discrepancies or other problem resolution
- Provides customer with shipping and status information

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanor applied to all tasks
- 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Strong order entry skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
