Pink Energy, the nation's fastest-growing solar company, is looking to recruit Canvass Team Leads to manage & lead top performing door-to-door canvassers in your area that set high quality appointments for our Field Energy Consultants. As a Canvass Team Lead, you will run a canvassing team that is assigned prime neighborhoods to door knock throughout the week. The ideal CTL has sound leadership abilities, can identify, recruit and develop a strong canvassing team, shows a great deal of initiative, can persuade and motivate others, knows how to overcome objections and obstacles, and keeps an infectious positive attitude to produce high performance results. Pluses include those that are passionate about the solar industry, have a proven track record of leading a canvassing team, and have thrived in a door-to-door selling environment. Sales experience is not required. Sales ability is. HERE’S WHAT WE PROVIDE: � Competitive Salary + Commission (estimated $125k combined) � Uncapped Commissions for Appointments Set � A Simplified Workflow � Company Car to Drive Canvass Team to Assigned Areas CANVASS TEAM LEAD JOB DESCRIPTION � iPad For Presentations � Paid Training � Incredible Team-Oriented Culture HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED: � Clean Driving Record � Clean Criminal Background � Drug-Free � Full Schedule Availability (excluding Sunday) � The Drive To Succeed JOB DESCRIPTION: • Construct a team of exceptional canvassers through comprehensive and continual recruiting & on-site training and coaching • Drive the canvass team to the assigned neighborhoods • Ensure Canvassers are following the appointment process & maximizing every door. • Managing neighborhoods to a 70+% “talk-to” rate (you continue to hit the same neighborhood until the canvass team has talked to at least 70% of the residents) • Provide daily activity reports that outline canvasser goals and expectations and results throughout the day • Instill sales strategies and pitches to increase appointment count results • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products, pricing, promotions, and services, as well as competitors • Keep record of employees’ hours, overtime, and absences to ensure they are in accordance with company policies • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business work ethics codes PAY: Salary + Commission EXPECTATIONS: Minimum appointments per week TBD Maintain a quality team of 3 canvassers (4 total in a vehicle) JOB TYPE: Full-Time SCHEDULE: 5 Days a Week.
