The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years successful B2C or B2B sales experience (in any industry), strong relationship building skills, networking skills, a high level of organizational skills, a good working knowledge of computer applications, excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality and the willingness to continuously prospect. He or She must be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, purchase and finance options following dealership policies
- Maintain accurate sales documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, upfits, financing options, and promotions
- Help facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
- Negotiate sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Help educate/train new staff members
- Perform other duties as assigned
