This position will deal directly with customers to address and resolve their inquiries, provide pricing and delivery information, processes vouchers and related sales and marketing promotional offers. 

  • Processes daily sales orders, sample requests, credit requests and related customer transactions
  • Provides customers and internal personnel with information regarding order/shipping status, availability of product, and pricing structures
  • Maintains customer database & Matrix pricing database to ensure accurate pricing of sales orders
  • Processes credit or replacement product requests submitted by field sales representatives
  • Perform routine duties associated with Customer database maintenance, mail distribution, and literature requests
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience providing superior customer service in a manufacturing or service environment preferred
  • Excellent problem solving, conflict mitigation, and customer care skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working under pressure in a seasonal atmosphere with high volume data entry and Customer contact
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing; experienced with web-based programs and internet search skills
  • Previous experience working with computerized order entry and inventory management programs
  • MS Word and Excel competency
  • Position is working  at the company site not a work from home position 
  • Location is off 83rd Avenue & Buckeye Road
