Duties Job Responsibilities

Plan and Develop LVC Training Concepts

Provide Subject Matter Expertise to inform and develop LVC Training prototypes for lethality increasing capabilities such as Miniature Loitering Aerial Munitions (MLAMs) and Close Combat Lethality Trainers

Support proposal development on LVC Proposals.

Plan and conduct Realistic Adaptive Adversary Force Training (RAAFT) to test and evaluate disruptive technologies.

Meet with customer stakeholders in USMC and SOF Components to assess requirements for LVC Training Environments and Range Instrumentation.

Assess, develop and integrate LVC Technologies such as biomechanical and cognitive sensors, virtual and augmented reality systems and Modeling and Simulation capabilities.

Study, develop and assess Human Performance Metrics and Technologies as applied to LVC Training.

Qualifications and Clearance

Ground Combat Experience as an Infantryman

At least two years experience developing and training realistic exercise training forces that emulate threat forces.

Five Years Experience Training Ground Combat or SOF Forces in employment of Infantry Weapons Systems, Supporting Arms, Aviation, EW and Cyber Effects.

Graduate of US Army School of Advanced Military Studies or USMC School of Advanced Warfighting.

Experience planning and conducting Service Level Training Exercises and Experiments integrating prototypes.

Experience running exercise and experiment Red, Blue and White Cells and collecting exercise/experiment data.

Top Secret (With SCI Eligibility)

The projected compensation range for this position is $88,000-$3,750. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
