Assistant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 2-3 years experience in an Assistant General Manager or GM role
• Proven track record of leadership, team development and training
• Scratch kitchen and bar experience are a must
• P&L, Inventory, and cost Control management experience
• Assistant General Manager candidates must have a people first mentality and be guest driven and care about the employee experience
