Our client is a growing midsize company looking to expand their team with a Payroll Specialist. Why Work Here? • Full-time, flexible hours on nonpayroll days
• Teamwork oriented position
• Option for remote on certain days
• The company is growing and thus there is room for professional growth for the Payroll Specialist
• Birthdays off and 3 weeks of vacation along with all major holidays Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist: • Process payroll for 400 employees (salary and hourly) on a bi-weekly semi-monthly basis
• Process employee changes and manager changes
• The Payroll Specialist will import hours
• Process benefits and commissions as well as garnishments
• The Payroll Specialist will pull reports and export to Excel Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist • Strong payroll experience
• Experience with ADP is a plus!
• Ability to interact with all employees
• Strong basic Excel skills
