Job Description
Position Purpose
To support the roll out of the COLT (CHEP Operations Logistics Technology) project for NA. To assist all regional Service Centers with COLT systems implementation. To develop and create training materials. To provide ongoing support, training and document control for the COLT processes.
Scope
Number of Countries: NA
Number of Locations: All NA Service Centers and Office Spaces Related to Supply Chain
Major/Key Accountabilities
* Primary focus is to drive the implementation of the COLT Program across the NA Service Centres
* Support on the adoption of CMA (CHEP Mobile APP)
* To deputize for the Program Manager
* Develop and lead the change management & communication plan for COLT implementation to ensure project deadlines are met without compromising performance
* To communicate with the IT team and facilitate the resolution to Service Center and hauler issues
* To communicate with marketing to ensure the appropriate communications are delivered at the right times
* Develop, create and deploy training materials and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the transition to COLT systems into the service centers based on Global standards
* Be part of the support structure for the daily issues being faced by the Service Centers and haulers deploying COLT and CMA and the resolution of those issues
* Stakeholder, CTQ analysis to ensure customer satisfaction

* Strong analytical and technical skills - including negotiating, risk mitigation and problem resolution

* Able to create multi modal training materials
* Able to manage and maintain documentation to ensure global consistency
* Experience with logistics and supply chain industries
* Experience with working on multi stakeholder projects
* Experience with working closely with CHEP IT
