Fleet Sales & Reporting Coordinator

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Fleet Sales & Reporting Coordinator.

Fleet Sales & Reporting Coordinator, provides accurate and timely field support to ensure the success of the organizations fleet optimization goals and disposition initiatives.  This role manages and executes the coordination of trade packages, processes billing for auction activity, and reconciles accounts receivable generated from auction and trade package activities. Also, distributes daily/weekly/monthly fleet management reports to Executive and Regional Management.

Requirements:

Education and Requirements

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Industry related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

  • Extensive proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Sequel Viewpoint and Rental Counter Systems (including data architecture)

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
