Job Summary:
As a Physician Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and hiring talented physicians to join our esteemed medical staff. Your primary responsibility will be to support the physician recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with our HR team, lead physicians, and hiring managers to identify physician staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for talent, a passion for contributing to the growth and success of our organization, and a willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in physician or healthcare recruitment coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and managing recruitment logistics.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is an advantage.
Understanding of physician credentialing processes and industry regulations is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to supporting the success of the physician recruitment team and the medical group.
