**SIGN-ON BONUS FOR OUT OF AREA QUALIFIED CANDIDATES**


The Shop Foreman will report to the Service Manager and will be responsible for assisting the Service Department in our Sussex, WI branch. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manages in shop & field service and repair of machines and equipment
  • Warranty repairs
  • Rental/lease maintenance and repairs
  • Enforces all company policies & procedures
  • Maintains excellent customer relations and attains business objectives/goals with good management and planning
  • Handle incoming customer service calls
  • Manages in shop service and repair of machines and equipment
  • Maintain customer related information for customer accounts in business software
  • Provide customers with superior customer service
  • Support the Service Manager in daily service operations
  • Work with branch departments to ensure quality service repairs for MBR customers
  • Creates work orders necessary to perform work required
  • Review all customer service quotes for accuracy and completion
  • Schedules and controls the labor required to perform work
  • Enforces all policies and procedures in department
  • Continually monitors the progress of the service department and Technician's to lead toward quality and profit goals

Requirements:

  • 2 year Diesel Technician Degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor with experience in selling at a management level.
  • A healthy working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
  • Solid shop floor management knowledge along with leadership skills in a specialized repair environment.
